This service is open to citizens, employers, educational institutions, scholarship boards, and government departments. To verify a certificate, simply enter the application reference number, the certificate holder’s name, and the date of issue on the portal. The system will display the certificate’s status, the holder’s details, and its validity period. Additionally, every digitally-signed certificate comes with a QR code for instant verification. For those without internet access, verification and printouts are also available at any Common Service Centre (CSC) across Uttarakhand.
