This service is open to citizens, employers, educational institutions, scholarship boards, and government recruiters. To verify a certificate, simply enter the application reference number, the holder’s name, and the date of issue. The portal will display the certificate’s issuance status, demographic details, and validity period. Verification can also be done using the QR code printed on each digitally-signed certificate. For those without internet access, the service is available at all Common Service Centres (CSC) across Mizoram, where you can apply, download, or print certificates.
