The Residence / Nativity Certificate is a government-issued document issued as proof of long-term residence or nativity, used for educational quotas, scholarships and recruitment to state-cadre services. Citizens, employers, educational institutions, scholarship boards and government recruiters verify the authenticity of any Residence / Nativity Certificate issued in Mizoram by entering the application reference number, holder's name and date of issue.
