The Caste Certificate is a government-issued document issued by the Tahsildar / Revenue Office to citizens belonging to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, Other Backward Class, Most Backward Class, Denotified Tribe or other notified categories. Citizens, employers, educational institutions, scholarship boards and government recruiters verify the authenticity of any Caste Certificate issued in Madhya Pradesh by entering the application reference number, holder's name and date of issue.
